Day 9 of 30

Today I had to do both again..7 push up and 1 full minute on the planks. The push-up were starting to hurt my shoulder but the plank was starting to burn in the belly – but I think it was suppose to do that. Tomorrow is another full minute on the plank and 8 push-up. Honestly I think I am feeling a little difference in my arms – but that is VERY LITTLE.
